1. Agreement

By using Haulix, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Haulix on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and BlueRoute Technologies Inc. ("Haulix", "we", "us").

2. The service

Haulix provides AI-powered dispatch automation including the Relay and Lens AI agents, broker communication tools, fleet tracking, and document verification. We may update features with reasonable notice of material changes.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and operating a legitimate business. Notify us at security@haulix.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

Use Haulix only for lawful logistics operations. You may not reverse-engineer our AI, send fraudulent broker communications, resell access, interfere with our systems, or use the Service to build a competing product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

5. Your data

You own your data. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service. We won't access your operational data or broker communications except to deliver the Service, troubleshoot with your permission, or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. AI agents

Relay and Lens act on your behalf when communicating with brokers and processing documents. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide and for ensuring AI-generated outputs comply with applicable law and your broker agreements. Haulix is not a licensed freight broker or carrier and takes no legal responsibility for dispatch decisions, load outcomes, or broker relationships conducted through the platform.

7. Payments

Fees are charged monthly or annually in advance in USD and are non-refundable except as stated below. If payment fails, you have 7 days to update your payment method before access is suspended. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime from account settings — access continues until the end of your billing period. Annual plans: full refund within 14 days of initial purchase, none after. Monthly plans: no prorated refunds. If we materially reduce core functionality without notice, you may request a prorated refund.

9. Intellectual property

Haulix owns all software, AI models, design, and trademarks. You own your data and content. Neither party gains ownership of the other's IP by using the Service. You may not use our branding without written permission.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided with reasonable skill and care and we target 99.8% uptime. Beyond that, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.
